L. Manta, Inc. In reviewing their <br /> submitted bid unit costs, we find them reasonable and within our <br /> estimated costs. We, therefore, recommend that the City of <br /> Decatur award a single contract for both projects to Golf <br /> Corporation and J. L. Manta, Inc. , and take advantage of <br /> Alternate I in Bid Package for Parking Structure "B" .
