Storm Sewers and Appurtenances i <br /> ❑ ❑x ❑ ❑ (1) Applicable when storm sewer system constructed for State highway drainage only: II <br /> to perform those functions necessary to keep the sewer in a servicabie condition i <br /> including cleaning sewer lines, inlets, manholes and catch basins along with the , <br /> repair or replacement of inlet, manhole and catch basins' frames, grates or lids plus ' <br /> structural failures to a maximum length of 12 feet between adjacent manholes. The ', <br /> maintenance, repair and/or reconstruction of storm sewers constructed as part of ' <br /> this improvement beyond the aforedescribed responsibilities shall be that of the <br /> State. <br /> � ❑ ❑ ❑ (2) Applicable when storm sewer system constructed as a joint LA and State use facility: <br /> to perform those functions necessary to keep the sewer in a servicabie condition <br /> including cleaning sewer lines, inlets, manholes and catch basins along with the. <br /> repair or replacement of inlet, manholes and catch basins' frames, grates or lids plus <br /> structural faiiures to a maximum length of 12 feet between adjacent manholes. Sidewalks, parkways, guardrails, crosswalk and stopline markings and LA owned utilities <br /> including the appurtenances thereto. <br /> 0 ❑ ❑ ❑ 10. To adopt, prior to the State advertising for bids, or continue to eniorce an ordinance prohibiting <br /> the discharge of sanitary sewers and industrial waste into any storm sewer or drainage facility <br /> constructed as a part of this improvement, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br /> Article III � <br /> It is mutally agreed: <br /> 1. Traffic signal maintenance and the electrical energy therefore shall: <br /> a o ❑ o A. continue to be as outlined in the Master Agreement executed by <br /> the State and LA on July 9 , �g 80 , <br /> ❑ � ❑ ❑ ' B. be proportioned between the parties hereto in accordance with Exhibit D attached <br /> hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> 2. This Agreement and the covenants contained herein shall be null and void in the event a <br /> contract covering the construction work contemplated herein is not awarded within three <br /> years subsequent to execution of the Agreement. <br /> 3.
