From appro$imately 1 ,243 feet north of Illinois Route 105 <br /> northward to �ust south of the Sangamon River : Widen and <br /> resurface the esisting pavement providing two 13-foot lanes , one <br /> in each direction, B-6 .12 curb and gutter, and proposed sidewalk <br /> on the east side . <br /> Sangamon River Bridge: Remove and replace the egisting <br /> superstructure to an elevation approgimately 5-feet higher than <br /> the esisting, providing for two 13-foot through traffic lanes on <br /> the south end of. the structure tapering to two 12-foot through <br /> lanes , (one in each direction) and an 11-foot southbound <br /> left-turn lane at Lincoln Park Road. The new structure carrying <br /> Fairview Avenue over the Sangamon River will have a 5-foot <br /> sidewalk on the east side . ' <br /> Lincoln Park Road Intersection: The intersection will be <br /> reconstructed to allow for increased turning radii and raised to <br /> match the new profile of Fairview Avenue . Permanent traffic , <br /> signals shall be installed at the intersection with Fairview <br /> Avenue . <br /> Lincoln Park Road to Bowshire Lane: The egisting pavement will i <br /> be widened and resurfaced transitioning from a 39-foot' <br /> edge-to-edge pavement with B-6 .12 curb and gutter to a 44-foot <br /> pavement, two lanes in eac� direction, with B-6 .12 curb and <br /> gutter . A 5-foot sidewalk will be constructed on the east side . <br /> Bowshire Lane to Macon Street: Widen and resurface the egisting <br /> pavement to provide four 11-foot through lanes , two in each <br /> direction, with B-6 .12 curb and gutter and 5-foot sidewalks on <br /> each side. <br /> -1- <br />
