That the Agreement between Phillip W. Cochran , <br /> Consulting Engineer and the City of Decatur, Illinois , for <br /> professional engineering services for Pump Stations Rehabilita- <br /> tion, City Project 9126, be and the same is hereby, received, <br /> placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
