7.5. C:ollection and transportation of recyclable materials shall be <br /> accm�plished in full compliance with all laws, statutes, ordinances, <br /> regulations, now or hereafter applicable to the driving and operation of said <br /> vehicles and all federal, state and local �overning bodies. <br /> 7.6. It is understood and agreed that the City may after the effective <br /> date of this agre�nent an� durino its term or extensions thereof adopt <br /> ordinances which may irrpose greater, more or stricter requir�nents for <br /> collection vehicles or Contractor's personnel than are contained in this <br /> agre�nent. In such event the Contractor shal l car�ply wi th such ordinance or <br /> ordinances in addition to tlie provisions of this agreement. It is expressly <br /> agreed, however, that if City adopts hereafter an ordinance and as a direct <br /> result of which ordinance the (;ontractor incurs increased costs, then suci� <br /> increased costs actually incurred by contractoc may be charged by Contractor <br /> to the City on a rranthly basis and the City shall pay such costs with and in <br /> addition to the monthly payments to be made pursuant to and subject to tf�e <br /> provisions of Section XI hereof.
