Contractor shall keep accurate records consisting of weigh slips <br /> witl� the net weight of recyclable materials collected in the City by each <br /> collection vehicle. Attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference <br /> as Exhibit "C" is the form of the weigh slips to be used by the Contractor. <br /> Copies of such weigh slips for any month or months shall be sent to the City <br /> upon the request of the Recycling Coordinator specifying the month or months <br /> for which said slips are desired. Contractor will also send to the Hecycling <br /> Coordinator on or before the lOth day of the month after the month to which <br /> the report relates, a report in the form of Exhibit "D" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. R.eports herein required may also <br /> include such other information as the City fran time to time shall reasonably <br /> require provided, however, that the information requested by the Ftecycling <br /> c:oordinator shall not exceed the inforrnation available through the Contractors <br /> records as maintained pursuant to the requiranents of this Subsection. Each <br /> such report, and those sent to the City pursuant to Subsection 9.2 hereof, <br /> shall be signed by an officer of the Contractor and be certified as true, <br /> correct and canplete. <br /> 9.2. The personnel of (;ontractor on the collection vehicles shall keep a <br /> record of the nur�ber of dwellings in each collection district that have <br /> recyclable materials at the collection point during the collection hours on <br /> the district's collection day. These records shall be sent to the City <br /> monthly witt� the reports described in Subsection 9.1 hereof and shall be in <br /> the form of Fxl�ibit "E" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference.
