Contractor may change the boundaries of any collection route <br /> by written notice to the City and to all ciwellings affected by that chan�e. <br /> 3.3. Collection of recyclable materials shall be made only durin� <br /> collection hours. Contractor shall advise dwelling residents to have <br /> recyclable materials placed at the collection point by 7:00 a.rn, on the <br /> collection day for thr�t dwelling. <br /> 3.4. R.ecyclable materials shall be collected from a11 garticipating <br /> dwellings on each collection route once each week, on tt�e designated <br /> collection day. Each collection sha11 be made regardless of the availablity <br /> of markets for one or more of the recyclable materials. <br /> 3.5. If Contractor determines that the collection of recyclable <br /> materials in a collection district will not be corr�leted on ttie district <br /> collection da;�, C;ontractor shall notify the R.ecycling Coordinator by 4:00 p.m. i <br /> on that day and request an extension of the collection hours. Contractor I <br /> shall inform the Recyclin� Coordinator of the areas in that collection I <br /> district not completed, the reason for non-ecxnpletion and the expected time of <br /> corr�letion. The Recycling �Coordinator, in his or her sole discrection, shall <br /> �rant or deny the extension. The granting of an extension will not be <br /> unreasonably withheld by the Recyclino Coordinator. If denied, the collection <br /> of recyclable rr�terials in that collection district shall be canpleted the <br /> following day within the collection hours. If granted the collection of <br /> recyclable materials in that collection district shall be car�leted within the <br /> extended hours. <br /> 4 <br />
