The daily account shall be delivered to the Recycling Coordinator � <br /> for review and copying if so requested by the R.ecyclin� Coordinator. <br /> 4.3. lf Contractor receives notice of a misssed collection before 12:00 <br /> p.m. on the collection day for the dwellino so missed, the recyclable <br /> materials at that dwelling will be collected on that same day; provided, <br /> however, that the recyclable materials for a dwelling not placed at the <br /> collection Qoint prior to 7:00 a.m. will not be considered a missed <br /> collection. <br /> 4.4. In the event of severe weather, collection of recyclable materials <br /> hereunder may be postponed at the discretion of the ftecycling C;oordinator <br /> after consultation with the Contractor. Postponement, if any, sha11 be to the <br /> next rebular collection day or such other day which may be mutually a�reed <br />' upon b� Contractor and Cit�. <br /> 4.5. If a holiday prevents collection on any district collection day the <br /> recyclable materials shall be collected by (:ontractor on the next rebular <br /> district collection day. Contractor shall notify all dwellings of this policy <br /> in the pramotional and informational materials described in Section 10 hereof. <br /> 4.6. Contractor shall be responsible for all action necessary to <br /> properly respond to all ccxnplaints. <br /> 7 <br />
