All recyclables placed at the collection point shall be owned by <br /> and the responsibilit� of the residents of the dwelling so placing such <br /> recyclables until collected by Contractor, at which time the recyclables shall <br /> becane the property of the (;ontractor except as provided in Subsection 3.9. <br /> 3.9. The City may at its sole discretion, direct ttie Contractor ta <br /> deliver the rec�clables, to a designated site within Macon County, for <br /> processino and marketing by the City or a firm other than the (:ontractor. <br /> Provided, however, that the City shall pay to Contractor a mileage fee of <br /> $1.50 per loac�ed mile for delivery to any location outside of the City of <br /> Decatur. Collector shall maintain an office and office staff durin� normal <br /> working days and hours adequate to receive and respond to calls and letters <br /> from residents of the City relative to missed collections, or other ecxnplaints <br /> concerning collection of recyclable materials. (:ontractor shall advise the <br />� R.ecyclin� Coordinator and all dwelling residents of the address and phone <br /> nunber of such office, and any change thereof. <br /> 4.2. C;ontractor shall keep a daily written account of all calls and <br /> letters received pursuant to Subsection 4.1 hereof and the Coritractor's <br /> response and shall review th�n with the R.ecycling Coordinator at the request <br /> of the Recyclino Coordinator, but not more often than once each week at the <br /> 6 <br />
