7 . At or before Settlement, Owner shall pay for, or given <br /> Buyer credit for, general real estate taxes for all prior years <br /> and for Owner' s pro-rata share of such taxes to the date of <br /> Possession. Owner shall further pay or give Buyer credit for all <br /> special assessments now a lien against the premises and all water <br /> or sewer bills or water main or sewer connection charges; if <br /> any, incurred and unpaid as of Settlement. <br /> 8 . Buyer shall be entitled to Possession by � D� o'clock <br /> �.M. on fl �, , 1991 . Owner shall be entitled to all <br /> crops harvested on or before the date of Possession. This covenant shall survive the deed, if <br /> applicable. � <br /> 9 .
