That the proposals received from Fisher-Stoune, <br /> Inc. and Midstates General & Mechanical Contracting Corp. for the <br /> project known as City Project 9026 - Dipper Lane Improvement be, <br /> and the same are hereby, rejected. <br /> Section 2 .
