That the Agreement between Bainbridge , Gee , <br /> Milanski & Associates, and the City of Decatur, Illinois, for <br /> preparation of bid documents and construction supervision for the <br /> William Street Pump Station Generator, City Project 9122 , be and <br /> the same is hereby received, placed on file, and approved. <br /> Section 2 .
