r - ' ' <br /> � � . . <br /> (5) Umbrella over above <br /> 2nd & 3rd items $1, 000, 000 <br /> The Comprehensive General Liability policy shall include <br /> blanket contractual liability coverage or a contractual liability <br /> endorsement covering the liability assumed by the ENGINEER under this <br /> AGREEMENT, with limits not less than those specified herein. Cer- <br /> tificates furnished hereunder shall reflect such coverage. <br /> Insurance shall be written by a company or companies satis- <br /> factory to the OWNER. Before commencing any work hereunder, a cer- <br /> tificate evidencing that maintenance of said insurance shall be <br /> furnished to the OWNER, and shall contain the following statement: <br /> "Insurance evidenced by this certificate will not be <br /> canceled or altered unless 30 days written notice is <br /> given to the certificate holder. " <br /> Policies for Items 2 & 3 above must name the O�PNER as an ad- <br /> ditional insured during the life of this AGREEMENT. <br /> Any subcontractor of the ENGINEER shall be required to procure <br /> and maintain Insurance the same as required of the ENGINEER and to <br /> comply with the provisions hereof, including the furnishing of cer- <br /> tificates of Insurance to the OWNER. <br /> ENGINEER agrees that the Comprehensive General Liability, both <br /> Bodily Injury and Property Damage, and the Architects and Engineers <br /> Professional Liability Insurance coverage for this project shall <br /> remain in full force and effect for one year after the completion of <br /> this Contract. <br /> In the event that either PARTY engages the services of any <br /> attorney for any action brought under this AGREEMENT, or for its <br /> BGM 90053A -4- <br />
