RESOLUTION N0. R ��— <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> 3919 EAST COURT DRIVE <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That the agreement for water service outside of <br /> the corporate limits presented to the Council herewith, between <br /> the City of Decatur, Illinois , and the owner of premises commonly <br /> known as 3919 East Court Drive , be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1991 . <br /> E i C.
