, , . �� <br /> • ~ Y. ' <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants <br /> set out herein, it is agreed by and between JENNIFER N. MIDDLETON <br /> ("Owner") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, ( "City") , as <br /> follows : <br /> 1 . The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, <br /> operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are <br /> expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to <br /> comply therewith. <br /> 2 . Upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner <br /> followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, <br /> Owner may tap the water main of City existing in East Court Drive <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential <br /> service only to the premises of Owner, commonly known as 3919 <br /> East Court Drive, Decatur, Illinois, and described as: <br /> Lot 2 in John Constant Subdivision, as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 982 Page 3 of the records in the Recorder' s <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 3 . Said tap, connection and service shall be made and <br /> installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4 . The water furnished by City shall only be used for <br /> domestic purposes and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5 . At such time as said premises become contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, <br /> within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereof, <br /> petition to annex the same to the City. <br />
