� or in connection with, or by reason of any damage or <br /> injury to life, limb or property connected with, <br /> growing out of or caused by the Seller's occupancy of <br /> the premises from the date of Settlement to April 1, <br /> 1991 . <br /> 9 . The attached "Exhibit B-Equal Employment Opportunity <br /> Clause," required by the Illinois Human Rights Commis- <br /> sion as a material term of all public contracts shall <br /> be made a part hereof and the parties hereto shall • <br /> agree to comply with all applicable provisions set <br /> forth in said Exhibit. <br /> 10. This purchase is being funded by financial assistance <br /> contracts between the U. S. Department of Transporta- <br /> tion and the City and the Illinois Department of <br /> Transportation and the City and is subject to any <br /> obligations or conditions contained therein. The <br /> provisions of Exhibit C attached hereto shall be made <br /> applicable to this Agreement. <br /> 11 . This agreement shall be contingent upon Owner' s acqui- <br /> sition of the warehouse property located at 320 North <br /> Morgan, Decatur, Illinois before or on the date of <br /> settlement. <br /> 12 . Settlement shall be held on at <br /> 10 :30 a.m. in the offices of Attorney Wayne Bickes, <br /> 1256 First of America Building, Landmark Mall, Decatur, <br /> Illinois <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Owner and Contract <br />
