As indicated in the enclosed notice, a Joint <br /> Review Board meeting will be held on October 3 , 1990 at 11: 00 <br /> A.M. in the City Council Conference Room, Decatur Civic Center, <br /> for those entities enumerated in paragraph 4 of the notice. <br /> Under the Act, the Joint Review Board shall review the public <br /> record, planning documents and proposed ordinances approving the <br /> redevelopment plan and project.
