Written <br /> comments are invited and can be sent in advance of the hearing to <br /> the City Clerk, One Civic Center Plaza, Decatur, IL 62523. The <br /> hearing may be continued by the City Council of the City without <br /> further notice other than a motion to be entered upon the minutes <br /> of its hearing fixing the time and place of the subsequent hear- <br /> ing. <br />
