Notice of <br /> any such assignment or transfer shall be furnished <br /> promptly to the CLIENT. <br /> 16 . Interest of Contractor. The CONTRACTOR covenants that <br /> he presently has no interest and shall not acquire any <br /> interest, direct or indirect, which would conflict in <br /> any manner with the performance of services required to <br /> be performed under this CONTRACT. The CONTRACTOR <br /> further covenants that, in the performance of this <br /> CONTRACT, no person having any such interest shall be <br /> employed. <br /> 17. Findings Confidential. Any reports, information and <br /> data, given to or prepared or assembled by the CONTRAC- <br /> TOR under this CONTRACT shall not be made available to <br /> any individual or organization by the CONTRACTOR <br /> without the prior written approval of the CLIENT. <br /> 18 . Interest of Members of or Delegates to Congress. No <br /> member or delegate to the Congress of the United States <br /> or member of the Illinois General Assembly shall be <br /> admitted to any share or part of this CONTRACT or to <br /> any benefit arising therefrom. <br /> 19 . Study Procedure. The CONTRACTOR will afford upon <br /> written request by the CLZENT complete access to the <br /> CLIENT of all procedures and techniques employed in <br /> making the studies except where a proprietary interest <br /> would be violated. <br />
