General Compliance with Laws. The CONTRACTOR assumes <br /> the responsibility to be familiar with and at all times <br /> shall observe and comply with all federal, state, and <br /> local laws, ordinances, and regulations in any manner <br /> affecting the conduct of the work and all instructions <br /> and prohibitive orders issued by the state and federal <br /> government regarding fortifications, military and naval <br /> establishments, and other areas. <br /> 22. Identification of Documents.
