No reports, maps, or other documents <br /> produced in whole or in part under this CONTRACT shall <br /> be the subject of an application for copyright by or on <br /> behalf of the CONTRACTOR. <br /> 25 . Minority Business Enterprise. In connection with the <br /> performance of this CONTRACT, the CONTRACTOR will <br /> cooperate with the project sponsor in meeting its <br /> commitments and goals with regard to the maximum <br /> utilization of disadvantaged business enterprises and <br /> will use its best efforts to ensure that disadvantaged <br /> business enterprises shall have the maximum practicable <br /> opportunity to compete for subcontract work under this <br /> CONTRACT. <br /> 26 . Monthly Progress Report. The CONTRACTOR shall submit a <br /> monthly project report to the CLIENT briefly describing <br /> the previous month's activities and the progress to the <br /> study' s completion. These progress reports shall be <br /> correlated to monthly bills. <br /> 27. Personnel Assigned to project. The CONTRACTOR shall <br /> assign the following persons to the CLIENT' s project: <br /> Sue F. Knapp -- Project Manager <br /> Frederic Fravel -- Senior Associate <br /> Kenneth Hosen -- Senior Associate <br /> Robert Hayes -- Associate <br /> Beth Hamby -- Associate <br /> Elisabeth Hayes -- Associate <br /> Jared Jordan -- Research Associate <br />
