� 1 <br /> - 2 - <br /> CONTRACT <br /> between <br /> ECOSOMETRICS, INCORPORATED <br /> and <br /> THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS <br /> THIS CONTRACT, entered into this JTrl day of ,/�'a�`����e r�, <br /> 1990 , by and between ����Sd•��7�'✓�iGJ S �-�-�?G�•'�i���1 � TG��/' , <br /> hereinafter called the CONTRACTOR, and the City of Decatur, <br /> hereinafter called the CLIENT; <br /> WITNESSETH THAT: <br /> WHEREAS, the CLIENT has determined a need for a technical <br /> study to update its Transit Development Program (TDP) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the CLIENT has need of certain technical skills and <br /> information not directly available within its organization; and <br /> WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR has specialized in the study of <br /> local transit systems and transportation planning and thereby has <br /> the necessary technical skills; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do mutually agree as <br /> follows: <br /> 1 . Employment of Contractor. The CLIENT shall engage the <br /> CONTRACTOR and the CONTRACTOR shall perform the servic- <br /> es described in Appendix 1 of this CONTRACT in connec- <br /> tion with the project of the CLIENT under the Urban <br /> Mass Transportation Act of 1964 , as amended. <br /> 2 .
