i � <br /> - 3 - <br /> connection with and respecting the area now served by <br /> the Decatur Public Transit System, known as DPTS. <br /> 3 . Data to be Furnished to Contractor. All information, <br /> data, reports, records, and maps, as are existing, <br /> available, and necessary for the carrying out of the <br /> work as described in Appendix I, Scope of Services, <br /> shall be furnished to the CONTRACTOR without charge by <br /> the CLIENT. <br /> 4 . Responsibility of the Client. The CLIENT will be <br /> responsible for providing those services required of it <br /> in Appendix I, Scope of Services. <br /> 5 . Contractor' s Personnel. The CONTRACTOR represents that <br /> it has, or will secure at its own expense, all person- <br /> nel required in performing the CONTRACTOR' s services <br /> under this CONTRACT. Such personnel shall not be <br /> employees of or have any other contractual relation- <br /> ships with the CLIENT. All personnel engaged in the <br /> work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized <br /> or permitted under state and local law to perform such <br /> services. It shall, however, be the CLIENT' s responsi- <br /> bility to hire the survey takers to conduct the on/off <br /> board passenger surveys and the other surveys specified <br /> in Appendix I . <br /> 6 . Time of Performance. The CONTRACTOR will provide the <br /> CLIENT with questionnaires or survey forms for distri- <br /> bution within 30 calendar days after receipt of a fully <br /> executed copy of this CONTRACT.
