AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the promises, covenants, agree- <br /> ments and conditions hereinafter set forth to be performed, kept <br /> and met by the respective parties hereto, this Agreement is made <br /> by and between THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, a Municipal Corpo- <br /> ration, hereinafter referred to as City, and MIDWEST POWER <br /> CONCEPTS, LTD. , hereinafter referred to as Seller, as follows: <br /> l . Whereas, the City of Decatur, Illinois is committed to <br /> improving air quality in the community; and whereas, <br /> the Seller has available an ethanol injection system <br /> which will reduce the pollutants in vehicle emissions; <br /> therefore, the Seller agrees to sell and the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois agrees to purchase six (6) ethanol <br /> fuel injection systems for installation on coaches of <br /> the Decatur Public Transit System. <br /> 2. Other obligations of the Seller will include: <br /> A. The delivery and installation of five of the <br /> ethanol fuel injection systems on the coaches of <br /> the Decatur Public Transit System. <br /> B. The furnishing and installation of fuel tanks on <br /> the 5 buses and the furnishing of all personnel <br /> and hardware necessary for such installation. <br /> C. The furnishing and installation of an above ground <br /> fuel storage tank by Midwest Power Concepts (MPC) <br /> mechanics and all related dispensing equipment. <br />
