D. The furnishing of the polyglycol "Super MPC" <br /> additive to condition the ethanol blend. <br /> E. The transportation and living expenses of MPC <br /> mechanics sent to Decatur to install the ethanol <br /> fuel injection systems and the fuel dispensing <br /> equipment. <br /> F. The resetting of the timing of the bus engines <br /> after installation of the ethanol fuel injection <br /> systems and any other adjustments necessary for <br /> the efficient operation of the systems. <br /> G. The training of Decatur Public Transit Systems <br /> mechanics on the installation, maintenance, and <br /> removal of the ethanol injector systems and the <br /> proper use and maintenance of the fuel dispensing <br /> equipment. <br /> H. The delivery and installation of one (1) ethanol <br /> fuel injector system on a spare Detroit Diesel <br /> engine sent to an EPA-certified laboratory for <br /> emissions testing. Such engine shall be provided <br /> by the City at its own expense. <br /> I . The travel and living expenses of MPC' s on-site <br /> engineer during set-up and testing at the <br /> EPA-certified laboratory. <br /> 3 . Midwest Power Concepts, Ltd. shall provide the City <br /> with a $500,000 Certificate of Insurance protecting the <br /> City against any harm or damages caused by the <br />
