equipment purchased from MPC or the installation of <br /> said equipment by MPC. <br /> 4 . The City will provide and install the lines and provide <br /> the electricity for the fuel dispensing equipment. <br /> 5 . The total cost of the six (6) ethanol fuel injector <br /> systems, the additional fuel tanks, the fuel dispensing <br /> equipment, and the hardware, installation, and other <br /> goods and services enumerated herein is $108,000 . <br /> Midwest Power Concepts agrees to make an in-kind <br /> contribution of $48,000 ; therefore, the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois agrees to pay the Seller the sum of <br /> Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) as maximum compensa- <br /> tion for the purchase, delivery, and installation of <br /> six (6) ethanol fuel injector systems and other equip- <br /> ment and services specified herein. The Seller shall <br /> submit invoices to the City as equipment and services <br /> are provided and the City shall make payment within ten <br /> days. <br /> 6 . The attached "Exhibit A, Equal Employment Opportunity <br /> Clause, " required by the Illinois Human Rights Commis- <br /> sion as a material term of all public contracts shall <br /> be made a part hereof and the aforesaid Midwest Power <br /> Concepts, Ltd. shall agree to comply with the provi- <br /> sions set forth in said Exhibit. <br /> 7 . This purchase is being funded by financial assistance <br /> contracts between the U. S. Department of Transporta- <br /> tion and the City and the Illinois Department of <br />
