The actual <br /> costs incurred by the COUNTY will be used for billing or reimbursement. <br /> The STATE agrees to reimburse the COUNTY 50� of the cost of preliminary <br /> engineering, right-of-way, utility adjustments, and construction <br /> engineering upon receipt of billing by the COUNTY. The STATE further <br /> agrees to pay the COUNTY 95� of the STATE'S share of the construction <br /> cost upon approval of the contract and billing by the COUNTY and the <br /> balance of the STATE'S share of the construction cost upon approval of <br /> the engineer's final pa�yment estimate and a request by the COUNTY for <br /> final payment. The CITY agrees to reimburse the COUNTY 25� of the cost <br /> of preliminary engineering, right-of-way, utility adjustments, and <br /> construction engineering upon receipt of billing by the COUNTY. The <br /> CITY further agrees to pay the COUNTY 25� of the initial and subsequent <br /> engineers payment estimates made to the contractor until the entire <br /> obligation incurred under this agreement has been paid. <br />
