R� '— I � <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT <br /> - NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INC. - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and National Development <br /> Council, Inc. for technical advice and assistance in connection <br /> with economic development and housing activites of the City be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> PRESENTED AND ADOPTED this 20th day o August, 1990 . <br /> % GARY K.
