� ' . `' Decatur Contract � <br /> '� ' ' ' -page 2- <br /> subsidiary, Community Development Housing, Inc., available for housing <br /> project(s). <br /> Decatur shall furnish the following aid,data and information to the Contractor: <br /> A. Such secretarial assistance as needed by the Contractor and the services of its <br /> personnel in carrying out the program. ' <br /> B. Reasonable technical data required by the Contractor. � <br /> 2. Time of Performance: The services of the Contractor are to commence on July 1, <br /> 1990, and shall be undertaken and completed in such sequence as to assure their <br /> expeditious completion in the light of the purposes of this Contract, but in any event all <br /> services required hereunder shall be co:�pleted wit�'�in 12 consecurive calender months from <br /> the date of this Contract. <br /> 3. Compensation and Method of Payment: Decatur will pay the Contractor the <br /> amount of $48,000.00, such amount to be paid in the following manner, in every case <br /> subject to receipt of a requisition for payment from the Contractor that he is entitled to <br /> receive the amount requisitioned under the terms of the Contract: $4,0OO.OQ per month at <br /> the beginning of each month for 12 months. <br /> T'his payment shall constitute full and complete compensation for the Contractor's services <br /> hereunder.
