RESOLUTION NO. R2016-93 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 WITH <br /> MICROSURAFCING CONTRACTORS, LLC <br /> FOR MICROSURFACING, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2015-24 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Contract between Microsurfacing Contractors, LLC and the City of <br /> Decatur be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended to authorize Change Order Na 1 for <br /> an additional amount of$80,000; and a total amount of$980,000 in Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> Section 2. That the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and <br /> directed to execute said Change Order No. 1, on behalf of the City of Decatur. <br /> Section 3. That the changes in the above-described agreements are germane to said <br /> contract, as signed, and such changes are in the best interest of the City of Decatur and are <br /> authorized by law. <br /> Section 4.
