RESOLUTION NOR2016 - 94 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION <br /> OF A CONTRACT W[TH BURDICK PLUMBING & HEATING COMPANY, INC. <br /> TO PERFORM 2016 ANNUAL WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT, <br /> LAKE RIDGE ADDITION - CITY PROJECT 2016-10 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the bid received for City Project 2016-10, 2016 Annual Water <br /> Main Replacement Project — Lake Ridge Addition, be presented to the Council herewith <br /> between Burdick Plumbing & Heating Company, Inc. and the City of Decatur, Illinois be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
