Section 2. That said territory hereinabove described, along with all ���i� i���a ��� <br /> highways therein or next and adjacent thereto not heretofore annexed, if any, be, and the <br /> same are hereby, annexed to and are incorporated into the limits of the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, a municipal corporation. <br /> Section 3.
