Clark, Director of Department of <br /> Community Development <br /> SUBJECT: Downstate Operating Assistance Grant Agreement for <br /> FY'91 <br /> Upon City Council approval, the attached resolution will <br /> authorize the execution of a Downstate Operating Assistance Grant <br /> Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation. The <br /> agreement provides for the State of Illinois to reimburse the <br /> City up to 45$ of the eligible operating expenses of the Decatur <br /> Public Transit System for FY' 91 (July 1, 1990 through June 30 , <br /> 1991) . <br /> The estimated DPTS operating budget for the State fiscal <br /> year is $1,950,370, of which IDOT' s share will be $877,667 . The <br /> first quarterly reimbursement for FY ' 91 is not expected until <br /> September or October of 1990 . <br />
