, , Page 4 <br /> I y . <br /> with combined single limits of $500 ,000 and <br /> umbrella liability in an amount of not less <br /> than $1 million except that this obligation <br /> shall not require LESSEE to furnish insurance <br /> against injury to persons or damage to <br /> property caused by the negligence of the <br /> LESSOR, the transit system, or their employ- <br /> ees. Evidence of said insurance coverage <br /> shall be furnished to the LESSOR upon re- <br /> quest. <br /> I . The LESSEE shall, at its own expense, defend <br /> all suits that may be brought against the <br /> LESSOR on account of, or in connection with, <br /> or by reason of any damage or injury to life, <br /> limb or property connected with, growing out <br /> of or caused by any act or omission to act of <br /> LESSEE or any employee of LESSEE in or about <br /> the operation of the leased coaches and shall <br /> save and keep harmless the LESSOR from any <br /> and all damages, judgments, costs and expens- <br /> es of every kind that may arise or result by <br /> reason of the negligence of LESSEE or the <br /> employees of LESSEE by reason of, growing out <br /> of, or connected with the operation of the <br /> leased vehicles and the carrying out of the <br /> terms and provisions of this Agreement. <br />
