AGREEMENT <br /> AGREEMENT made by and between the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> a municipal corporation, ( "City") , and Choice Properties <br /> Incorporated, a Michigan Corporation ("Choice Properties") . <br /> WHEREAS, Choice Properties is desirous of having annexed to <br /> the City of Decatur those premises commonly known as Hyde Park <br /> Mobile Home Park, said premises being legally described as <br /> follows: <br /> SEE EXHIBI� A ATTACHED HERETO AND <br /> HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF, ("Premises") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to annex said Premises, and the <br /> City is further desirous of extending a 16-inch watermain to the <br /> southern boundary of said Premises, in part to serve said <br /> Premises and in part to prepare for future development of nearby <br /> land; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Choice Properties feels that a 6-inch watermain <br /> would be sufficient for the purpose of providing water to said <br /> Premises. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual � <br /> promises and obligations made and assumed hereunder, the City and '•� <br /> Choice Properties agree as follows: <br /> 1 . Upon annexation of the Premises to the City, the City <br /> shall extend a 16-inch watermain from Grove Road to the south <br /> property line of the Premises and install a 6-inch water service <br /> line extending to the west line of the Premises at Downing <br /> Street.
