During the term of this agreement , neither <br /> Winifred Bavor, nor her heirs, successors or assigns , shall <br /> be required by any City ordinance to cut or mow any <br /> vegetation, weeds or plants growing on any portion of the <br /> Premises , EXCEPT for that portion thereof described as <br /> follows : <br /> The North 200 feet of Tract I described in <br /> the attached Exhibit A ("Lawn Area10) , <br />, which Lawn Area shall be fully subject to all City <br /> ordinances, including those providing for the cutting of <br /> weeds . <br /> 7. During the term of this agreement, and subject to <br /> paragraphs 8 and 9 hereof, and as limited herein, the City <br /> shall pay to Winifred Bavor, or her heirs , successors or <br /> assigns, annually, an amount equal to the real property tax <br /> levied by the City for which the owner of the Premises is <br /> liable during that year. Payments to Winifred Bavor shall <br /> continue during the term of this agreement so long as she <br /> maintains a domicile in the Structure, as set forth in <br /> paragraph 9 hereof. Payments to the heirs , successors or <br /> assigns of Winifred Bavor under the provisions hereof shall <br /> terminate after a total of ten such payments have been made <br /> to any and all heirs , successors and assigns , cumulatively, <br />
