, • • - 4 - <br /> or at the termination of this agreement, whichever first <br /> occurs. Such payment shall be made by the City upon <br /> presentment to the Finance Department of a copy of the tax <br /> bill for said Premises as prepared by the Macon County <br /> Treasurer, and shall be made in one (1) installment. It is <br /> the purpose of this payment, and the intent of the parties <br /> hereto, to abate that portion of real property tax caused by <br /> the annexation of the Premises . <br /> 8. If the Premises are subdivided during the term of <br /> this agreement, as defined in Ord. No. 80-56 of the City <br /> ("the Subdivision Ordinance") , then the City shall be liable <br /> only for payments , as described in paragraph 7, equaling the <br /> amount of real property tax levied by the City for which the <br /> owner of that portion of the subdivided Premises containing <br /> said Structure is liable. If the subdivision of said <br /> Premises is accomplished other than by plat, such that said <br /> Structure is not located on a platted lot, then the City <br /> shall make payment hereunder in the same amount as was paid <br /> in the year last preceding said subdivision, and in such <br /> amount thereafter for so long as the City is liable for such <br /> payments . <br /> 9. The Gity shall not be liable for payments under <br /> the provisions of paragraphs 7 and 8 hereof unless Winifred <br /> Bavor, or her heirs , successors or assigns have maintained <br /> a domicile in the Structure for the period for which <br />
