-4- <br /> Lessee. <br /> 16. FINANCIAL INFORMATION. <br /> Lessee agrees that during the term of this Lease, Lessee shall <br /> furnish to Lessor financial information as may be reasonably <br /> requested by Lessor in order to facilitate Lessor in obtaining <br /> necessary funds for the delivery of services to Phoenix Park and <br /> Lessee. <br /> 17. CONVEYANCE OF TITLE. <br /> The parties agree that at anytime in the future, Lessee may <br /> request that Lessor convey title to the demised premises to the ! <br /> Lessee. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Lease <br /> Agreement, Lessor has placed into escrow with the Clerk of the City <br /> of Decatur, Illinois, Escrow Agent, an executed Quit Claim Deed <br /> conveying title of the demised premises to the Lessee. Upon <br /> request of Lessee, the escrow agent shall release the Deed to <br /> Lessee, provided that said release shall not place Lessor or Lessee <br /> in violation of any rules, regulations, codes or laws, as a result <br /> of having obtained funding for the provision of services. Upon <br /> release of said Deed to Lessee, this Lease shall terminate. <br /> 18.
