The <br /> description of said sewer is as follows : <br /> Beginning at ma�ihole C-11 ( Exhibit ' C' ) located at <br /> the intersection of Cantrell Street and Webster Street , <br /> thence west on Cantrell Street for a distance af <br /> approximately eight hundred ninety feet more or less <br /> ( 890 ' ) to manhole C-6 , diversion structure ( Exhibit ' C' ) , <br /> located at the southwest corner of Cantrell Street <br /> and ,7ackson Street . <br /> 6 ) EASEMENTS AND RIGHT OF WAYS <br /> Prior to the start of rehabilitation of the Broadway South <br /> Combined Sewer outfall , the Cantrell Street Combined sewer outfall <br /> and the Cantrell Street Trunk Sewer, the CITY will Quit Claim all <br /> titles to Easements , Sewer Right-of-Ways , Deeds , Grants and <br /> Permits of these sewers to the DISTRICT. If the CITY does not <br /> title these sewers , or the property adjacent to these sewers that <br /> the DISTRICT deems necessary to complete this project, then the <br /> CITY agrees to pay all costs to obtain title and/or access to this <br /> property. <br /> Additionally, the CITY grants to the DISTRICT any and all <br /> authority vested in the CITY, to complete this project. <br /> 5 of 29 <br />
