The description of said sewer is as follows : <br /> Beginning at the Eighty-Four inch ( 84" ) Discharge <br /> Outfall Sewer at the Broadway Diversion Structure <br /> (Manhole B-3 , Exhibit 'B' ) located two hundred <br /> fifty feet more or less ( 250 ' ) west of the center <br /> line of South Franklin Street and four hundred <br /> twenty feet more or less ( 420 ' ) south of the center <br /> line of Decatur Street, thence progressing southwest- <br /> erly for a distance of approximately eleven hundred <br /> fifty feet more or less ( 1150 ' ) to the intersection <br /> of the Cantrell Street Combined Sewer outfall and the <br /> one hundred eight inch ( 108" ) storm sewer and the ten <br /> foot ten and one half inch ( 10 ' - 10 1/2" ) by thirteen <br /> foot seven and one quarter inch ( 13 ' - 7 1/4" ) Outfall <br /> Sewer, (Manhole B-1 Exhibit ' B' ) . <br /> Prior to the start of rehabilitation of the Cantrell Street <br /> Combined Sewer outfall , the CITY will transfer ownership of said <br /> sewer and appurtenances (manholes , steps and castings ) to the <br /> DISTRICT .
