- 6 - <br /> the Village summarizing the number of trips and <br /> the number of passengers transported, the <br /> expenses, and the revenues collected. If expenses <br /> exceed revenues computed according to the <br /> provision of paragraph 12, the City shall iAvoice <br /> the Village tor the deficit. The Village shall <br /> pay such deficit within 30 days vf receipt of the <br /> invoice. The City shall maintain financial <br /> records and accounts pertaining to the bus service <br /> to be provided to the Village and such accounts, <br /> reports, or records shall be made available to the <br /> Village, or its representatives, for inspection. <br /> 14. This Agreement �hall not be assigned, transferred, <br /> hypothecated or pledged by either party without <br /> the prior written consent of the other party. <br /> 15. This Agreement may be modified periodically by <br /> mutual agreement of both parties in order to <br /> operate more efficiently, to meet changing needs, <br /> and to better serve the citizens of both <br /> communities. <br /> 16. This Agreement contains the entire agreement <br /> befiween the City and Village and no oral <br /> agreement, promise, statement or representation <br />
