SECTIOH XIX - EHTIRE CONTRACT <br /> 19. 1 This Agreement and the attached Exhibits, constitute the <br /> entire contract betveen Carle Clinic and Provider vith respect to the <br /> arrangement of and payment for Demonstration Services for Patients by Carle <br /> Clinic. This Agreement supersedes any and all previous agreemente betveen <br /> the Parties releting thereto. <br /> SECTIOH XX - MISCELLAHEOUS <br /> 20. 1 The invalidity or unenforceability of any term or provision <br /> of this Agreement ehall not impair or affect any other provision hereof <br /> vhich ehall remain in full force and effect.
