9. 3 Provider certifies that all nurses and other ancillary and <br /> paramedic personnel employed by Provider, or retained by Provider under <br /> contract, either �ritten or oral, to provide Demonetration Service to <br /> Petienta are licenaed, certified or registered by sll epplicable federal, <br /> state and/or local liceneing, certifying or registering bodies, as required <br /> to perform their duties and that Provider and each of such pereonnel, rill <br /> �aintain said licenses, certificatione and/or registretions in good stending <br /> at all timea during the term of thie Agreement. Failure of Provider to <br /> comply �ith the provisione of thie paragraph 9. 3 ehall be deemed to be a <br /> basig for ter�inetion of this Agree�ent "for cause• as set forth hereafter <br /> in paragraph 13.3. <br /> SECTIOH X - PROFESSIOHAL AHD GEHERAL <br /> LIABILITY COVERAGE IHSURANCE <br /> 10. 1 Each party shall �aintain professional and general liability <br /> ineurance coverage in aa�ounts reaeonably sufficient to protect themselves <br /> and their agents and employees in the event of any suits, causes of action <br /> or cleims being �aade against them by persons being serviced under thie <br /> Agreement. <br /> 10. 2 Each Party shall provide to the other satisfactory evidence <br /> of such professional and general liability coverage ae required above and <br /> that such insurance coverage is effective as of the effectfve data of thie <br /> Agreement. Evidence of such ineurance coverage shall be provided by each <br /> party to the other annually thereafter. <br /> 10.3 Each Perty shall give to the other at least thirty (30) days <br /> advance notice in �riting of any proposed cancellation, terminetion or <br /> -6- <br />
