LINCDLN PARK C.S.O FACILZTY <br /> OWNER: City of Decatur, an <br /> Illinois Municipal <br /> Corporation <br /> GRANT OF EASEMENT <br /> The Grantor, The City of Decatur, an Illinois Municipal Corporation of <br /> the County of Macon and State of Illinois, for and in consideration ot the <br /> sum of <br /> the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey(s) and warrant(s) to <br /> the Sanitary District of Decatur, an Illinois Municipal Cornoration, <br /> hereinafter referred to as"�istrict" its successors and assigns, a <br /> permanent easement, for the purpose of laying, constructing, <br /> reconstructing, removing, replacing, renewing, maintaining, repairing, <br /> operating and protecting a sanitary sewer, tacility and appurtenances; and <br /> also a temporary constzuction easement deemed necessary for the initial <br /> construction of said sanitary sewer, said easement to be shown on the <br /> attached plat, which plat is made a part of this Agraement, on, under, over <br /> and across the following described propert�, in Macon County, Illinois: <br /> A track flf la�d being a part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter of <br /> Section 22, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Thi:rd Principal <br /> Meridian. <br /> Said FERMANENT EASIIKENT being described as: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast Corner of a tract of land conveyed to the <br /> Sanitary District of Decatur as recorded in Book 2I37 on Page 298 of the <br /> records in the Becorder's Office of Kacon County, Illinois; thence <br /> Southwesterly on a bearing of S.Z8°-25'-29"W. for 55.97 feet to the piace <br /> oi beginning, �aid point being on the North Zine of the S. �, ;I.E. ; of said <br /> Section 22; thence Westerly along said North line on a bearing of V.38°- <br /> 26'-55.3"W. for 53.03 feet; thence Southeasterly on a bearing ot S.42°-19'- <br /> 49.6"E. for 59.56 feet; thence Northeasterly on a bearing of N.51°-µl'- <br /> 43"E.
