AGREEMENT For and in consideration of the promises, covenants, agree- ments and conditions hereinafter set forth to be performed, kept and met by the respective parties hereto, this agreement is made by and between THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, a Municipal Corpo- ration, hereinafter referred to as CITY, and ROGERS ADJUSTMENT SERVICE, authorized to and doing business in the State of Illi- nois, hereinafter referred to as SERVICE AGENT, as follows: 1. Term. This Agreement shall become and be effective as of the date of signing whereafter the same shall continue in effect from year to year until December 10, 1992, or until one party or the other shall give notice of its intention and desire to terminate the same not less than ninety (90) days prior to the lOth day of December in the year of which it is sought to cause said termination. 2. Obligations. Commencing with the first day of the term of this Agreement and continuing through the duration thereof, the SERVICE AGENT agrees to supervise and administer the Decatur Public Transit System self-insurance program for the CITY and to comply fully with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing the administration of self-insurance; and SERVICE AGENT will act as the representative of the CITY in all matters related to such administration and will perform fully all of the func- tions listed below:
