WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants <br /> set out herein, it is agreed by and between DEBORAH S . GERMAN and <br /> RONALD K. GERMAN, ( "Owners") , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS , <br /> ( "City") , as follows: <br /> l . The provisions of this Agreement, and the installation, <br /> operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are <br /> expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owners agree to <br /> comply therewith. <br /> 2 . Upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner <br /> followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, <br /> Owners may tap the water main of City existing in East Court <br /> Drive and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential <br /> service only to the premises of Owners, commonly known as 92 East <br /> Court Drive, Decatur, Illinois, and described as: <br /> Lot Ten (10) of Highland Court, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 982 Page 67 of the records in the Recorder' s Office <br /> of Macon County, Illinois. <br /> 3 . Said tap, connection and service shall be made and , <br /> installed by a licensed plumber. I <br /> 4 . The water furnished by City shall only be used for II <br /> domestic purposes and only upon the premises described herein. I <br /> 5 . At such time as said premises become contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of City, the then owner of said premises shall, <br /> within ninety (90) days after receiving notice from City thereof, <br /> petition to annex the same to the City. <br />
