This Agreement shall terminate upon the failure by <br /> Owners to comply with any provision hereof or with any applicable <br /> provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon <br /> the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be <br /> terminated by either party upon six (6) months notice by <br /> certified mail to the other, addressed to One Civic Center <br /> Plaza, Decatur, Illinois, if to the City, or to 92 East Court <br /> Drive, Decatur, IL 62526 , if to the Owners. <br /> 7 .
