PROJECT TASKS <br /> ' This project will consist of the following tasks: <br /> ' 1. Establish Project <br /> ' This task will primarily consist of an identification of needs and goals, definition of study areas and <br /> project scope,and the assembly of a project team consisting of management and technical personnel <br /> from affected agencies who will be involved in project implementation. The City will have primary <br /> ' responsibility for the completion of this task in consultarion with PTI. PTI will provide an on-site <br /> orientation for all technical team members on the FSLP and assistance to the management team in <br /> ' establishing the project. PTI will also provide user documentation on the FSLP project management <br /> and a sample task-time chart to support this task(see Attachments 1 and 2). <br /> ' 2. Provide Trainin in Data Collection Procedures <br /> , PTI will provide on-site training of local personnel in FSLP data collection requirements and <br /> ' procedures and will also provide all worksheets.
