Parking meters installed pursuant to the provisions <br /> hereof shall remain the property of the City, and possession <br /> thereof shall belong to the City at the termination of this <br /> Agreement . <br /> 5 . The Commission shall indemnify and hold harmless the <br /> City for any and all claims, costs, expenses and causes of action <br /> including but not limited to action for personal injuries, <br /> including death, and property damage, caused or alleged to have <br /> been caused by the physical condition, layout or design of the <br /> parking lot or lots referred to herein. The City shall indemnify <br /> and hold harmless the Commission for any and all claims, costs, <br /> expenses and causes of action including but not limited to <br /> actions for personal injuries, including death, and property <br /> damage, caused or alleged to have been caused by the City's <br /> actions in fulfilling its responsibilities hereunder . <br /> 6 .
