During the performance of work under this AGREEI�NT the ENGINEER, for himself, his assignees and successors in interest agrees to conform to the requirements of "Ezhibit A - Equal Employmeat Oppor- tunity" attached hereto and made a part hereof. The words "CON- TRACT" and "CONTRACTOR," in the exhibit shall be interpreted to mean "AGREEMI:NT" and "ENGINEER^ respectively. THE CITY AGREES, 1. To furnish the ENGINEER with all presently available survey data and information, including Standard Details and Standard Specifications adopted by the CIT7i and other available data useful to the work to be done by the ENGINEER. 2. To pay the ENGINEER as compensation for all services rendered in accordanee with Section 1 (exclusive of the cost of sub-surface explorations as noted in sub-section ld, the cost of additional Contract Documents as noted in sub-section lg and the cost of all necessary right-of-way documents as r.oted in sub-section lh) under THE ENGINEER AGREES of this AGREEMLNT, a lump sum fee of $24,500 as payment in full for the work specified aoove and for preparation of �he preliminary Report entitled "Forest Green Drainage Improve- ments." 3. To pay the ENGINEER for services rendered in accordance with sub- sections ld, lg, and lh; Section 2 (Construction Guidance) ; Section 7 (Changes) ; and/or Section 16 (Termination) under THE ENGINEER AGREES of the AGREEMENT, the technical payroll cost of performing -5-
